Daniela is enrolled at Milan’s Bar Association and Paris’s Barreau. She gained significant experience in the field of M&A and international contracts at primary international firms belonging to the Magic Circle, first as an associate, then as a partner. She taught at Il Sole 24 Ore’s Master Law and Business School. She has been a supervisor of the French Chamber of Commerce in Italy for three terms. She is a member of the IBA.
