Few days ago, Chinese State Council issued a program for promoting employment relationship within 2020.

The employment promotion will take place thorught the creation of more than 50 millions of jobs in several uban areas. The main players will be under graduates and migrant workers.

According to this program, unemployment rate should drop of 5%.
