Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue agency), with the provision of December 27^th 2016, has approved the online procedure  for declaration of succession.

From January 23^rd 2017, the declaration of succession, regarding the successions opened after October 3^rd 2006, will be presented online, directly from the contributor to the Revenue agency.

However, when it comes to the successions opened prior to October 3^rd 2006, the old forms and procedure will be used, in other terms, the declaration of succession should be presented to the competent office of the Revenue Agency.
