Is the redistribution of employees lawful?

The Supreme Court, with judgment no. 19185/16, held that it is completely lawful  for an employer the dismissal (for just cause) of an employee and the redistribution of his job among the other workers, for a better company efficiency.

However, it's noteworthy that the new organizational structure (most efficient) of the company is the purpose to be achieved which justifies that, therefore, the dismissal of the employee was necessary.

The new organization of the company must be the goal to be achieved, not just a simple consequence: otherwise, it could be suspected that the dismissal was caused by different reasons.
