The Home Restaurant represents an opportunity to transform your own facilities (even if rented) in a restaurant, occasionally opened for friends and especially for the visitors who want to experience the traditional cuisine of the region.

The discipline states that this type of activity is aimed to promote the hospitality and peculiarities of each region, enhancing and protecting the local gastronomic heritage through original antique recipes and typical products that characterize each city.

Individuals can use their house to perform the restaurant business, up to a maximum of two rooms, in compliance with the hygiene and health requirements of the legislation set for traditional restaurant industry.

The activity starts with a simple communication to the competent municipality, with no need to register in the Trade register.
