There are news regarding unemployment benefits: who has refused a job offer or does not take part to employment initiatives, he will not be entitled to recieve benefits, and, in the case has already received, will be obliged to return it to the INPS.

The violations concern: failure to submit the confirm  of the status of unemployment, the lack of participation to initiatives to enhance their skills and increase, therefore, the possibility of finding a new job. The sanction consists in the deduction of one-quarter of a month's pay, or a full month's pay, or the decline from benefits and from unemployment status (in the case of one, two or three missed participations or attendances).

There are also sanctions in the case of unjustified absence from vocational education initiatives or non-participation redevelopment.

Finally, in the case of unjustified refusal of a job offer, it will be the disqualification from the benefits and the unemployment status
