With the recent sent. n. 18121/2016, The United Sections of the Supreme Court gave a judgement regarding the the omission of a few pages in the notice of appeal.

 

In the light of the recent ruling, can the lack of few pages among the notice of appeal be remediedl? Yes, if the original copy has been  promptly and entirely deposited in the Registry of the Cout.

 

therefore, it is clear that this kind of fault has to be referred to the notification and not to the act itself. infact, the abovementioned fault can be remedied through the renewal of the notification.
