Giuseppe Buonamassa, Accountant and Statutory Auditor, joins BLB after the extensive experience gained in important national and international tax consultancy firms. His expertise extends from tax consultancy in extraordinary corporate transactions, to the activity of counseling before tax jurisdictions. Buonamassa's professional activity has resulted in the assistance of leading national and foreign market operators active in the industrial, services, distribution, publishing and entertainment, financial, banking and real estate fields.

Leonardo Fausto, Accountant, has gained extensive experience in national and international tax law firms and international consulting firms. Fausto has a proven experience in consulting in the field of direct and indirect taxes and duties, but also in litigation before tax jurisdictions, as well as in consulting with regard to International VAT and both national and cross-border corporate transactions. In these areas, during his previous experience he assisted primary national and multinational companies active in the insurance and industrial sectors.
