After several regulations in matter of start-up, SAIC issued a semplified regulation for a de-registration enterprise procedure, that is going to enter into force from March 1st, 2017.

Enterprises shall publish an announcement on National Enterprise Credit and Information Publicity Platoform website for 45 consecutive days. If any opposition has been filed, the announcement shall be transmitted to the relevant tax and social security authorities.

This de-registration system aims to be sure that the de-registrating enterprise has already carried out the liquidation as well as the reimbursement of shares, titles and stock to the investors, so to avoid any elusive purpose.
