At least, our Firm provides accounting and legal assistance on ordinary and extraordinary financial activity, including due diligence, business assessment, merger and acquisitions, bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring and turn around, business planning, budgeting, reporting, feasibility studies, simulation analyses, budgetary scrutiny, financial disclosure and search for investors.
