The Supreme Court, with judg no. 50/2017,  ruled once again that the use of  "facebookcwall" to send defamatory messages can integrate the cryme of aggravated defamation ex Art. 595 c. 3 penal code.

The use of a means of advertising represents an aggravating factor and the “wall” of a social network like Facebook is certainly to be considered a good way to spread news in a short time and  wide-ranging.
