The new Chinese Silicon Valley

New opportunities for business: According to what recently revealed by the state press agency Xinhua, China is planning to build a research centre about artificial intelligence.

This High-Tech Park should be located on area of almost 55 hectares in the Mentougou neighbourhood (in the west outskirts of Beijing) and it is expected to be ready in 5 years.

The centre should attract about 400 companies and should to create, through the work over cloud computing, big data, biometrics and deep learning, a gross income of more than 60 million Euro per year.

Leader of the project, about this Silicon Valley of the Far East, is the Zhongguancun Development Group which should involve in its work both domestic and foreign universities and multinational companies.
